So My 2006

I used to be obsessed with this song - embarrassing, I know!

So now who wants to learn the dance steps with me (har har har, just playin', unless ...)

They're like wearing earrings! (But not)!

Oh Lord

So I thought that was a girl at first. Nope, it's a boy. It's just so bad I want to laugh/cry. German boy/rock-band 'Tokio Hotel' is gonna be the next big thing to hit the teenage frontier this year. Although they seem so petite and desperate that I just wanna put them in my pocket. Crazy hair should start dating Cyrus Miley or Jared Leto to guarantee US tabloid domination.

Barbie Bits

I love this lady's work. The first time I saw it, I was like 'ugh! ugh?' - or in other words, a serious case of horrible fascination. Now that I'm looking at the pieces again, they're actually really cute and well-made. If you ever feel the odd desire (like me) to buy some cold hard titties shaped like hearts and such, new pieces go up for sale on Feb 28th - save the date.

Angelic Devils

Someone always manages to come up with cuter/kooler S&P shaker sets. Oh, boy.

If you're feeling like some online shopping, I'd recommend 'Etsy' ("your place to buy and sell all things handmade"), especially if you want some way unique/cute stuff to stand out.

For example, love "Paraphernalia" - vintage-like illustrations on jewelry

A Light Obsession

Lightss Fantasstic

Some pics from the 'Ingo Mauer' (aka. mr light master extraordinare) exhibit in January. Love how security didn't catch me taking photos until twenty minutes later.

On another note, this being the first time at the Cooper Hewitt ... not impressed. You curator peoples need to step up; having certain lights turned off in a light exhibit just doesn't make sense to me.

Too bad Bear's a boy, eh?

So damn clever, esp for a 'Scrabble' freak like me, made me pee a little in my pants.

Bear is Neutralized

Our apartment's cat has been neutered! I cannot express my joy/disbelief enough - this VERY NECESSARY procedure has been delayed for various reasons over the past 6 months, during which he has been acting like a wild ... bear.

Although, can't seem to find him right now. Hope he hasn't died. Maybe just passed out from the pain and knowledge of being an eunuch.

To Cater to My ADD

Hi,

Despite not updating lyndasays.blogspot.com as often as I like (I know, I know, I'm getting to it)... I've decided to create a lyndaalsosays.blogspot.com. Food is number one in my life (being the fatty that I am) but there are some other random things that I'd like to share too. Here's to my short attention span and brainfarts.
