Sweeping the Nation

"Give me back that Filet-O-Fish, give me that fish. Give me back that Filet-O-Fish, give me that fish. What if it were you hanging up on this wall? If it were you in that sandwich, you wouldn't be laughing at all."

Thanks Jay.

Remixed

Harder, better, faster, stronger OR stronger, faster, better, harder OR faster, better, stronger, harder (you get the idea). Create your own Daft Punk remix here.

Birds

So a Starling flew out of Iris' ceiling at work today. Did you know they can lay either white or blue eggs? No need to dye eggs for Easter anymore, just find some of these:

I'm in love with "Dull Life", not my dull life, but the Yeah Yeah Yeahs song on their new album "It's Blitz". My fav out of the bunch for now.

Stuart Semple created 2057 pink smiley faced clouds and released them in London. Made of helium, biodegradable soap and vegetable dye, after 30 minutes they dissolved in the air. Such a novel idea :)

I Can Burn Your Face

Planning to go to The Armory Show this weekend. Student tix are only $10, I'll see if I can swing some Im-really-still-in-school-but-not action with my expired ID. See you there.

Sleek Silver

NYMag claims that heat-adhered metallic sheets will be the next hottest thing in the nail industry. This specially designed film creates a super smooth and shiny look when applied. Not sure how it will catch on as it involves a significantly different process and a higher price point than your typical manicure, but it does look pretty. April pointed out the risk factor of it being potentially blinding on sunny days.
