Being a victim of the stolen lunch at work deal, I'm in love with this idea. Now, is there a way to create a similar moldy lookin container for kimbap?
I am semi-obsessed with Spore (the new EA game released Sept 7th). I say 'semi' because I don't actually own it yet so I'm unable to fully ignite my craziness over it like I did with EA's "The Sims". This is probably a good thing since I now have a full time job that actually requires me to be at the office, not sleep-deprived, pigging out, and hunched over in my room (although that sounds like me at work sometimes too).
The concept is pretty simple: create a living organism, starting at the cell stage, keep it alive, and watch it grow into a creature, into tribes and civilizations, and into the terror of your personal galaxy. http://www.spore.com/
Here is an example of a Spore creature (disturbing, but cute)
For the past several nights, I've been declining dinner invitations to go home and work on this (yes, this is how I prioritize). Now that it's finished, I can finally resume normal activity ... unless the urge strikes to make another one?
Hm. It's been a while since I posted. I believe in the no labor past 'Labor Day' policy ... not that blogging is tiresome or anything of course, but I like to spin it as 'I'm going into hibernation until it's properly warm again'. It's not even officially fall yet and I've had to pull out my stockings - although I do not deny the pleasure of wearing them. Mm, best part of fall fashion: stockings and boots ...
Anyhoo, I digress. Check out this bit o' fun. And if I could afford it I would furnish my new apt w/ all these items of 'sweet' nostalgia. Button Bench and Gummi Light below. http://jellio.com/store.html
